Job description
We are hiring for 3 Customer Service Representatives to start training as soon as this week! This role would be all inbound calls (up to 60 per day) handling inquiries regarding a class action law suits. Willing to train--call center experience is a must-have! 
  • Answer high volume of incoming calls from individuals involved in various settlements, up to 50 calls per day.
  • Data entry duties to transcribe phone calls
  • Able to maintain a high level of accuracy and effectively resolve calls
  • Assist with troubleshooting data irregularities during the project
  • Do callbacks to people who left voicemails. 
  • Administrative and claims support projects will be assigned when call volume is slow
  • Phone skills and Microsoft skills are key.   
  • Business casual dress code
  • Must be okay with handling escalated calls at times 
  • $16 per hour pay
  • Schedule: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Monday - Friday
  • Contract to hire!
