Our Client is currently seeking a motivated individual to work within their firm as a Mail Clerk & Courier
Job Responsibilities:
- Receives, separates, sorts, labels and scans inbound mail and deliveries
- Distributes electronic and hard copies of mail and / or deliveries to legal teams
- Log return mail
- Weighs and applies postage to outbound mail
- Processes outbound provider checks
- Carries out a high volume of procedures involving USPS, FedEx and other carriers
- Coordinates with satellite offices to coordinate inter-office mail
- Stocking supplies as needed (Filling printers with paper or other supplies)
- Preparing/cleaning up after meetings
- Requirements:
- Experience as a Mail Room Clerk in a legal setting
- Valid Driver's License
