Job description
Position Duties:
  • Order lifts, make reservations
  • Monitor lifts in progress
  • Process invoices
  • Dispatch CRM cases to meet service criteria
  • Work closely with the accounting team to reconcile vendor payments
  • Manage RFP Process
  • Review Performance
  • Negotiate rates
  • Review vendor performance and share feedback

Position Requirements:
  • Moderate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • High School Diploma
  • 1-3 years of administrative experience
