JOB DUTIES (INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO):
- Conduct research to support legal proceedings
- Drafting and reviewing pleadings and other legal documents
- Managing client files
- Monitor and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Record and store client information
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of three (3) years plaintiff personal injury experience required
- Familiarity with legal research
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bilingual Spanish / English required
