Responsibilities include:
- Making calls and receiving calls from small business owners that are interested in taking out a loan.
- Fill out the application with them via the phone and submit the application
- Transfer incoming calls to correct department
- Maintain professionalism and a high standard of customer service
Requirements
- You must be comfortable on the phones, have a professional clear speaking voice with excellent communication skills.
- You must be extremely ethical and empathetic.
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Previous phone sales or customer service experience preferred
