Logistics Coordinator

Fast Paced, exciting, family business looking for a professional, organized and detailed person to handle general office functions, administration, and logistics.   1. Job Description Responsibilities
    1. Assist with planning and execution of All Company Logistics -
      1. Handle Domestic (truck) and International (Container) daily activities:
        1. Coordinating and Scheduling Pick-Ups and deliveries via various software systems including Kuebix (or similar TMS software)
        2. Monitoring all shipments within the US and overseas to ensure product is booked, ships on time and arrives at customers door on time.
        3. Coordinate and Handle all pre-ticketing, carton markings/pallet markings, and other order details for each customer and shipment.
        4. Working with US and China sourcing to make sure all information is accurate and on time (carton markings, samples, pre-tickets, etc.)
        5. Coordinating new and existing brokers/ carriers including researching; quoting and onboarding
        6. Coordinate with Order flow - parts; products; production
    2. Familiar and comfortable in company ERP system (Net Suite or similar) as well as strong Excel skills
    3. EDI (Electronic Data Interchange System) - handling all components of EDI from customer PO to Invoice (as needed)
    4. Handling logistics and routing with major retailers
    5. Proficient and comfortable in all aspects of Computer use including - Microsoft Office 365; Word, Excel, PowerPoint,  E-mail, Web navigation, ERP experience (Net Suite); EDI
