A leader in logistics and supply chain management has an exciting opportunity for a logistics customer service rep to join their fast-growing team. The logistics customer service rep will be responsible for managing the entire transportation process including working with resources to troubleshoot and ensure swift resolution. The logistics customer service rep will support both customers and carriers daily to ensure satisfaction and operational excellence. A completed bachelor's degree is required for consideration. This is a temporary to hire position with ample opportunity for growth!
•Verify the daily shipping plan is created and successfully distributed to the correct locations.
•Effectively communicate with various operational levels to ensure timely and accurate pick-up and delivery appointments and resolve an service-related issues.
•Be the first point of contact for any customer questions or issues.
•Resolve any operational or troubleshooting issues.
•Track, trace, and coordinate LTL and FTL shipments.
