Mail/Copy Room Coordinator needed for luxury automotive complex located off of the 101 and Scottsdale Road.

*Familiarity with office equipment
*Ability to lift 50lbs and willingness to work outdoors
*Adherence to strict confidentiality guidelines
*Ability to meet deadlinesDuties & Responsibilities*Order & maintain office supplies
*Deliver incoming mail to various stores on campus
*Coordinate repair request for copiers
*Coordinate copy, laminates & printing projects for the various dealerships and corporate office as requested
*Coordinate copier lease renewals and installations
