Manager, Digital Analytics
Position Summary:
This experienced, results driven individual will be a key member of the eCommerce team.  He/she is responsible for ownership of all data collection and analysis for new features and functionality testing on our site(s), as well as owning our tag management process and customer data platform.  They have the insight and organizational skills to handle hundreds of tags across multiple properties and juggle many concurrent site tests.  They are a key player and liaison to our Site Optimization team, as well as our Marketing and Product teams.
What You'll Do:
* Administer our tagging platform (Tealium iQ), Testing Platform (Adobe Target), and Customer 
        Data Platform (Tealium Audience Stream)
* Deploy new tags for strategic partners and update existing tags as needed
* Own data quality and auditing for all existing tagging and data collection
* Drive the end-to-end process of analyzing site tests with our site optimization team, from 
        deciding on key metrics, adding tagging to collect necessary interactions, and slicing the results 
        to find key insights
* Create and update customer profiles and segments for activation via our CDP
* Serve as a subject matter expert for redesign solutions (i.e. enhancements to system) and 
        defect resolution
* Work closely with product owners on recommending new features and functionality, and how to 
        best test and read them
* Research best practices and incorporate industry standard tagging and testing best practices 
        and methodologies into daily operations
* Evangelize data quality, sound testing methods, and measurement procedures
* Participate in data security and governance practices, ensuring from our site(s) is secure and 
        customer information is confidential
* Measure and respond accordingly to the impact of tags on our site speed and customer 
* Mentor and train junior analysts on tagging, data collection, and testing reads and methodology
        What You'll Need:
* Bachelors degree in business, marketing, analytics, statistics, math or related field
* Advanced knowledge of SQL and SAS Languages
* 3+ Years of javascript tagging experience in a tag management product (Tealium preferred)
* 3+ years experience with statistical measurement of Test/Control
* Must have previous experience with advanced Microsoft Excel functions (VLOOKUP, Macros, 
        pivot tables, etc.)
* Must have previous, advanced, experience with Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target
* Experience using a customer data platform (Tealium Audience Stream preffered)

* Ability to adapt within a fast-paced, changing environment
* Strong organizational skills
* Knowledge of platform technologies and issues that arise around implementation
* Proven leadership as a subject matter expert
What Will Put You Ahead:
* Previous experience leading people, teams, and/or projects
* Previous experience in multi-channel retail (e-commerce, catalog, mail), or experience with 
        credit systems or financial services industry preferred
