Position Summary   

The Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis, will assist the CFO and ELT with strategy development, special studies, and external reporting analysis as required.  This position will also support the global finance organization with development, reporting, and internal approval of Percepta’s annual global budget, 5 year business plan, and pricing strategies.  On a monthly basis, this position will support development and reporting of the global CE (forecast) and SBU reporting which includes variances to prior issue, budget, and TeleTech internal CE.  

This position requires an understanding of GAAP accounting, strong presentation skills, and an ability to interface with executive leadership at Ford, TeleTech, and Percepta.  The position will require strong judgment skills and ability to work in an unstructured environment with minimal oversight.  The Manager will work closely with the leadership team at Percepta and all members of the global Percepta Finance team. 

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support CFO and ELT with Strategy Development and Special Studies as required.
  • Develop annual global budget and 5 year strategic outlook by analyzing the financial details of past, present, and expected operations to identify complex issues and review related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.

  • Support monthly global CE (Forecast) and SBU reporting through monitoring financial activities and details.  Advise ELT on short-term and long-term financial objectives, policies, and actions.

  • Provide direction and assistance to other organizational units regarding accounting and budgeting policies and procedures and efficient control and utilization of financial resources.

  • Coordinate and Develop Board Presentation materials for global budget, strategic outlook, and monthly global CE.

  • Develop and manage a high performing team. 

  • Maintain current knowledge of organizational policies and procedures, federal and state policies and directives, and current accounting standards.

  • All other duties as required. 

Education 

  • Bachelor’s Degree required, Master’s Degree Preferred. 

Experience 

  • 10 years accounting or finance experience

  • 3 years management experience 

Skills 

  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.

  • Microsoft Office Suite experience required emphasis on Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, ability to interface with Executive Leadership.

  • Strong business acumen and judgment skills.

  • Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.
