- This role is an enterprise-wide expert with broad technical skills, deep consulting skills, and expert-level business acumen. Build and develop the team and practices to support our business growth.
- Pre-sales
- Assist business development in responses to RFPs and technical requirements documents
- Support business development in sales cycle
- Technical Architecture
- Act as the enterprise subject matter expert in Salesforce and Salesforce integration.
- Develop and socialize standards for Enterprise Architecture, Data Architecture, and Integration Architecture
- Familiarity with architectural frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, or other
- Solution Architecture
- Assist internal and external customers with developing solutions that maximize their investments
- Build, design, and grow consulting mindset with the organization
- Clearly articulate business architecture (mission/vision) and technical architecture (current and future state diagrams, solution best practices, design patterns, etc.)
- Work with clients to design solutions and identify customer-focused enterprise architecture engagements
- Keen ability to work with ambiguity to shape engagements with internal and external customers
- Team Management
- Build and retain team of technical and solution architects
- Share engagement experiences with internal audiences and mentor other architects and technical leads
- Travel
- Up to 15%
Qualifications
- 8+ years of software development
- 5+ years of Salesforce exposure
- Understanding of consulting practices
- Familiar with application and information security best practices
- Understanding of cloud architecture and principles, SaaS, PaaS, IaaS, multi-tenancy, etc.
- Education
- B.S. in Computer Science, MIS, Software Engineering, or equivalent
- MBA is a plus
