Job description

This position has responsibilities for the operational assigned groups of the Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC shops and Energy Management. The manager must use their extensive knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, with an emphasis in Co-Generation to solve problems and develop operational standards. The position will manage projects at times and will interact with contractors, managers, staff, physicians, and customers. This person must have a thorough knowledge of regulatory code compliance for the Joint Commission, NFPA codes, Domestic Water Quality standards, and ASHRAE Standards. The Energy Management responsibilities of this position includes; monitoring energy usage and analyzing building systems to determine the extent of conservation opportunities; suggesting changes in system operations, systems configurations, and other changes that will affect economics of operation. Manager will be responsible for ensuring continued central plant operations, data collection and will support the timely filing of emissions and energy benchmarking reports on a regular basis.



2 year/Associate Degree or combination of relevant education & experience may be considered in lieu of Associate's Degree

PA Driver's License (Required)
