Manufacturing Engineer -  Milford, NH area. 
Ultimate Staffing in Nashua, has partnered with a very stable, local manufacturing company that is growing quickly!  Nice work environment with a great company culture!

Term:  Temp to hire / possible Direct Hire opportunity
Hours: 8AM - 5PM with some flexibility, as long as a minimum of 8 hours per work day is performed
Pay range:  $80k - $90k DOE
Position is not eligible for Work From Home opportunities

The Manufacturing Engineer position provides instructions, training, assessments, and designs manufacturing instructions for prototypes.  Responsible for the development of engineering masters/manufacturing instructions using manufacturing engineering practices.

Responsibilities include:

​​​*Prepare quotations for labor, tooling, and equipment to support the business unit requirements.
*Responsible for the development of engineering masters/manufacturing instructions using manufacturing engineering practices.
*Participate in concurrent engineering design reviews.
*Evaluate and approve drawings, routings/MIl's, specs, and other documents.
*Design and procure tools/equipment.
*Write appropriation requests.
*Evaluate and solve production problems.
*Train assemblers or conduct training to introduce new processes.
*Prepare/manufacture prototypes as required utilizing the principals of concurrent engineering.

Required Education and Experience:

*Bachelor's Degree in Engineering highly preferred.
*Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or a commensurate level of experience with related products.
*Training in general safety, Electrostatic Discharge awareness, foreign object damage awareness and quality system awareness.
*Highly proficient with MS Office products - Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
*Capacity to manage high stress situations.
*Ability to multi-task and manage various project elements simultaneously.
*Leadership skills.
*Big-picture thinking and vision.
*Attention to detail.
*Authorized to work for any US Employer.
