The person in this role would directly assist the Senior Marketing Director with all facets of marketing and promotional efforts to include:
Assist in the implementation of strategic marketing plans and programs.
Coordinate with vendors for development and production of advertising, interior merchandising, master plan signages, and collateral materials.
Setup vendors, process and track invoice payments.
Provide support with overall marketing communications, including print advertisements, digital marketing and other marketing initiatives.
Assist in planning events and promotional activities and launch marketing campaigns to drive qualified traffic for all master planned communities.
Coordinate with community Information Center team regarding maintaining marketing collateral inventory and assist with special projects, as assigned.
Manage multiple deadlines and priorities while ensuring timely follow through of deliverables.
