As the Marketing Operations Manager (Marketing Project Manager), you will independently drive marketing operations and projects as well as work collaboratively and cross functionally to drive results. You must have strong analytical capabilities, the ability to think strategically about operational processes and have the talent to handle complex information. By joining the Cardinal Health at-Home Solutions Marketing team, you have the opportunity to be a part of a technologic and social-forward, fast-paced, and creative team!

  • Support the at-Home Solutions Marketing team by driving efficiencies, optimizing processes, onboarding new employees and creating SOPs
  • Discover and implement/leverage new technologies to make our fast-paced team more efficient
  • Assist with growth strategy regarding our Cardinal Health owned products by supporting/leading integration, harmonization and rebranding projects
  • Demonstrate knowledge of project management, including initiating, planning, executing, monitoring/controlling, and closing processes
  • Connect product/project objectives to broader organizational goals (i.e. building solutions, commercialization, new technology) 
  • Proactively build and maintain strong relationships with marketing leadership partners by leading meetings and managing the team's budget
  • Own, operate, and present department budget through the monthly tracker, monthly forecasting, and participation in finance meetings, working closely with the finance business partner and marketing leadership team
  • Organize and communicate complex information to wide audiences clearly and simply to drive actions- including training and educating the at-Home Solutions Marketing team on new processes
  • Discover new vendors/third party agencies for Marketing projects and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders (includes managing contracts and agreements) 


  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent work experience
  • 4+ years of experience in related field
  • Experience in Marketing, IT, Tech or Product Management required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Suite (desktop and mobile applications)
  • Problem solving and analytical skills required
  • Experience leading, managing and participating on cross functional teams
  • Proven ability to work effectively across, but not limited to: IT, communications, operations, category management and sales teams
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), time management skills, professionalism
  • Ability to multitask in a dynamic, fast-paced, cross-functional environment
  • Strong sense of ownership and self-starter mentality with a track record of delivering results
