Job description
We are actively hiring for a Marketing Project Coordinator for Travel company here in the Twin Cities! This is a permanent role (open to direct hire or contract to hire) and they are seeking someone with two + years of marketing project management experience.

The Marketing Project Coordinator is accountable for overseeing the successful completion of marketing projects. The PC is responsible for the creation, organization, execution, and completion of marketing projects.

Duties and responsibilities:
  • Scheduling projects and assigning resources (marketing campaigns, product launches, and other key marketing projects as assigned)
  • Assisting in the definition of project scope and details
  • Creating and managing timelines throughout a project's life cycle
  • Communicating with stakeholders to keep projects on track, and ensure readiness
  • Coordinating with internal, external contractors, and vendors (agencies, printers), depending on project needs
  • Motivating people involved in the project to complete tasks on time
  • Managing client imprint process
  • Identifying process improvements
  • Ensuring quality deliverables
 Skills and qualifications:
  • Knowledge of various project management methodologies (e.g., agile/scrum) and tools (e.g., Asana and Hightail preferred)
  • Proven project management skills (2 + years of experience)
  • Problem-solving skills, including identifying project risks
  • Assist as needed to ensure projects are completed on time
  • Flexible, agile, ability to work in fast-paced environment and ability to hold people accountable
