Job description

Leidos is seeking an Mechanical Engineer Intern for our Integration & Logistics Center in Chesapeake, VA. The successful candidate will review long-line drawings, develop and review Engineering Changes (ECs) and Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs), and write maintenance procedures.


Firm requirements:
- Rising junior or senior enrolled in a degree-granting program at an accredited college or university.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Ability to manage schedule and workload to successfully work multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong basic computer skills such as Microsoft Office, Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint.

- US Citizenship required per contract.

Preferred qualifications: 
- Experience reading technical drawings
