The Hospital Administration board is looking for a compassionate nurse leader to join their hospital’s leadership team. The acute care facility offers a number of different services to the neighboring community including: Cardiovascular Services, Laboratory Services, Radiology Services, Critical Care ICU and more.
The RN Nurse Director Emergency Services will be accountable for the overall operations of the Emergency Department. They will work to develop departmental goals and objectives and collaborate with fellow multidisciplinary team members to deliver quality outcomes. The Nurse Director Emergency Room ER will provide both leadership and mentorship to staff within the Emergency Department and work together improve patient care plans. Supported by the Nurse Manager Emergency Department and Charge Nurse ED, the Nurse Director Emergency Room will report directly to the hospital Chief Nursing Executive (CNO).
