Job description
Office Assistant Duties:
  • Answer the phones, direct calls, and provide callers with basic information.
  • Perform clerical tasks, take detail memos, maintain files, and keep documents organized; photocopy, fax, etc.
  • Help prep presentations, reports, and data.
  • Maintain and manage the files, records, and correspondences needed for meetings.
  • Type up reports, documents, and drafts.
  • Organize schedules and keep staff calendars updated.
  • Oversee mail deliveries, packages, and couriers.
  • High school diploma (or GED equivalent) required. Associate's or Bachelor's preferred.
  • Proficient computer skills.
  • Average typing speed of 35 WPM.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organized multitasker who can work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to learn and grow with the company.
Pay and Schedule:
  • $14-16/hr.
  • 8:30 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday.
