We are seeking an Office Assistant for our client here in Boca Raton. This person would assist with various administrative duties assisting multiple departments. This position requires a can-do positive attitude and a willingness to do what is needed to support the office. Must be very comfortable on Excel, Outlook, and Word. Will need to possess the ability to jump from one thing to the next and be able to circle back and keep on track with several moving parts. Will be handling busy phones, and a lot of information at once.
