Job description
We are seeking an Office/Accounting Assistant to join a great team in the Chelsea area. This firm offers a lot of room to learn and parking.  They are looking for someone to help run the office and not be afraid to jump in on other projects as this person will be assisting multiple departments.

Hours are 6am-2pm

Responsibilities:
 
  • Prep conference rooms and maintaining order
  • Light AP/AR and invoicing 
  • Running Reports 
  • Order supplies for the office and and food/refreshments for meetings
  • Updates calendar and appointments
  • Draft correspondences and other formal documents
  • Plan and schedule appointments and events
  • Develop and implement organized filing systems
  • Perform all other office tasks
Qualifications:
 
  • Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
  • Previous AP/AR experience 
  • MS Office Suite proficiency 
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • ​Strong organizational skills
