  • Maintain communication protocol with customers, employees, and other individuals to answer questions,  explain information, and address complaints
  • Compile, copy, sort, and file records of office activities, business transactions and other activities
  • Review and proofread data and other information, such as records or reports
  • Maintain files, inventory, inbound/outbound mail, and database systems
  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Prior experience in the construction and/or pool building industries
  • Experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Basic professional knowledge of QuickBooks
  • Impeccable verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking, customer service skills and interpersonal skills
