Job description

General office clerk duties to include but not limited to:

•       Filing

•       data entry

•       scanning of documents

•       printing, sorting and preparing documents to be mailed

•       running of postage machine

•       sorting and distributing external mail

•       sorting and distributing inter-office mail

•       receiving deliveries from various vendors

•       help answer internal and external calls


•       Strong computer skills to include outlook, word, excel

•       Detail oriented and able to multi-task

•       Accurate data entry skills

•       Basic phone skills

•       Basic math skills
