JOB DESCRIPTION
Leading aircraft acquisition company near Annapolis, MD is in need of an Executive Assistant to support a Managing Partner and Executives.  

This position will be responsible for:

Organizes, produces, transcribes and maintains executive level correspondence in all forms including letters, memos, e-mails, minutes and presentations.
Organizes and expedites flow of work through the executive's office.
Answers telephone and electronic inquiries, screening and routing as appropriate.
Organizes and maintains calendar, schedule, and follow-up systems.
Prepares expense reports.
Schedules and coordinates travel plans which may include meetings, travel and lodging.
Ensures and coordinates meeting logistics including preparing agendas, memos. collecting information and other related materials for variety of meetings and conferences including General Council and Board Meetings, CEO meetings, and conference calls.
Attends meetings as needed.  Records and summarizes meeting minutes and distributes to appropriate staff.
Inventories and orders supplies for department. 
This role is for direct hire.
