COVID-19 continues to significantly impact our employees, families and communities. As a federal contractor, DCS is required to comply with Executive Order 14042 and the Safer Federal Workforce Task Force Guidance requiring contractor personnel to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. Effective December 8, 2021, DCS will require all newly hired employees to be fully vaccinated before their start date unless they are entitled to a legal accommodation.
Provides technical/management leadership on major tasks or assignments, establishes goals and plans that meet project objectives.
Possesses and independently applies comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high impact assignments; may be assigned responsibility to participate in or lead project efforts.
Support organizational-level operations and information with higher headquarters, subordinate organizations, and external stakeholders.
Manage taskers and staffing packets.
Develop and publish organizational-level operations functional policies and procedures, orders, Letters of Instruction, other directives, and communications (EXSUMs, information papers, briefings, reports, etc.).
Control, manage, and schedule organizational resources (conference rooms, calendars, etc.)..
Plan, resource, and support organizational events (command and staff meetings, town halls, ceremonies, etc.)
Archive Operations functional documents and information.
Represent operations functional leadership at meetings and conferences.
Plan and manage facility requirements.
Support special requirements (FOIA, International Program, Government Vehicle Driver, Safety, Security, etc.).
Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
Bachelor’s degree and 5 plus years of relevant experience or Associates degree and 7 plus years of relevant experience or HS and 13 plus years of relevant experience.
Must have an active Secret.
Positive attitude and ability to proactively start tasks.
