A well known logistics company is searching for an Administrative Coordinator (Operations Coordinator) for their operation in Buffalo, NY. The right candidate will consider themselves as technologically savvy, with the ability to compile and generate reporting. Using information provided from the onsite care facility, responsibilities will include scheduling of drivers to pick up and drop off medical samples or pharmaceutical prescriptions, this person will be able to maintain the scheduling in a proprietary database, and investigate problems that may arise once the reporting is compiled. Compensation: $17-$18.50/Hour DOE, plus regular reviews, raises, comprehensive benefits, and structured career paths
Hours: 9:00AM - 6:00PM, M-F
Environment: Although this is an administrative position within a clerical setting, you will work with the onsite clinical facility storage and coordinate their delivery service, which is more of a mail room type environment
Experience: No experience necessary, but any logistics experience or customer service coordination experience is a plus
