Responsibilities:
  • Update customer database by entering any new and updated customer and account information.
  • Accurately input data for appropriate order
  • Ensure correct department is notified and sent order details
  • Verify entered customer and order data by reviewing, deleting, correcting, and/or re-entering data.
  • Maintain confidentiality 
Requirements: 
  • Great organization skills
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (preferred)
  • Technically sound
  • Accurate data entry skills
  • High attention to detail 
  • A can-do positive attitude
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
