At the heart of this customer led organization lies information that fuels the customer experience to deliver remarkably easy solutions The Data Integrity Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of data to support our customers at every step of their journey.
Essential Job Functions
This project-based role will report to the Customer Experience Manager and will perform the following duties:
Creates consistent naming conventions and data management protocols.
Develops and updates data management operating procedures.
Oversees data migration and product data enrichment in ecommerce platform.
Ensures data accuracy.
Utilizes data processing or validation tools to identify and resolve data discrepancies or duplicate records.
Conduct. routine data quality audits, ensuring data within internal or external systems is complete and accurate.
Recognizes data integrity issues and escalates problems appropriately.
Assists with user acceptance testing.
Provides administrative support for cross-functional team members.
Other duties as assigned.
1+ year(s) experience in Data Integrity
Bachelor's Degree (or in progress) in relevant field of study.
Demonstrated use of Data Integrity principles and concepts.
Candidate is required to have a sound understanding of data integrity documentation (e.g. SOPs, User Guides, IQ/OQ, risk assessment).
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint.
Technical competence includes the ability to learn new software and systems.
