Order Processor

Location: Carlsbad, CA

Pay: $15 - $17.50/hr




The Order Processor is responsible for receiving and accurately entering orders from customers and Sales reps in a timely manner. Responsible for  various reporting on orders and customer feedback forms, and assists the team and other departments as needed.


Essential Job Duties:

•      Receives customer orders through a variety of sources including; fax, email, mail, internally

•      Enters Data into Oracle system with accuracy

•      Makes outbound calls to sales reps/customers if additional information is needed

•      Issues Credits/Rebills to the Credit/Rebill department as needed

•      Works with warehouse to ensure return merchandise is received

•      Backs up mailroom including processing of invoices and statements

•      Responsible for exhibiting professional behavior with both coworkers and clients

•      Follows policies and procedures



•      1 - 2 years of data entry, order processing, or customer service preferred

•      50+ wpm

•      Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

•      Experienced in Excel > Ability to understand data groupings, criteria, and formulas

•      Previous Oracle experience a plus
