PROPERTY & CASUALTY CALL CENTER CUSTOMER JOB, OAKLAND COUNTY, MI

Our client in north Oakland county is seeking P&C licensed Call Center Customer Service Representatives to provide policy counseling to their customers in this changing market.  No cold calling! Agents needed to accept inbound calls. Even if you're recently licensed, we have a spot for you! The client is looking for Property & Casualty (P&C) Licensed Agents.

PROPERTY & CASUALTY CALL CENTER CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES:
 
  • Inbound and outbound calls to and from prospective auto insurance customers
  • Assist customers in the insurance application process
  • Customize insurance packages to suit individual customers, often covering a variety of risks
  • Explain features, advantages and disadvantages of various policies to promote insurance application
  • Educate and advise customers in plans and/or forward their call to the appropriate department for further assistance
  • Consult with Michigan customers regarding their current and future Insurance needs in order to determine how we can best help them achieve their goals
  • Establish an ongoing relationship with our customers through the delivery of remarkable customer service

PROPERTY & CASUALTY CALL CENTER CUSTOMER REQUIREMENTS
 
  • Active Property & Casualty license required
  • Strong computer knowledge and excellent typing skills (30 WPM)
  • Sales and customer service experience preferred
  • Must be enthusiastic, confident, outgoing, and highly motivated
  • Strong ability to communicate clearly and persuasively
  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Must be able to multi-task and meet monthly goals
