The PR Sales Account Manager will be responsible for establishing an excellent working relationship with assigned clients or client representatives, serve as a client advocate ensuring quality and delivery of service ensuring all client or internal issues are followed through to resolution in a timely manner and coordinating the completion of all new program set-up and account maintenance activities with necessary staff or departments. The PR Sales Account Manager will work with clients to establish requirements for new programs and modifications to existing programs, ensure all new program specifications, maintenance requests, service confirmations, and price sheets are submitted in a timely manner, thoroughly test new promotions to ensure smooth startup and participate in performing continued analysis on program performance in order to provide client with suggestions to enhance current performance.
