What will I be doing?
As a Turndown Attendant, youwould be responsible for cleaning and stocking guest rooms and providingturndown service in the hotelÆs continuing effort to deliver outstanding guestservice and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible forperforming the following tasks to the highest standards:
Provideturndown service to include, but not limited to, partially removing and storingbedcover, fulfilling specified guest preferences (i.e. filling ice bucket,etc.) and replenishing amenities, linens and supplies
Cleanand stock guest rooms as assigned, including, but not limited to, cleaningbathtub, toilet, sink, walls, mirrors, tiles, counters and floor surfaces
Dustfurniture, pictures, drawers, window ledges and shelves
Replenishamenities, linens and supplies in guest room
Vacuumand empty trash
Conductvisual room inspection upon completion
Disposeof trash and recyclables in accordance with the hotelÆs green guidelines
PerformRoom Attendant and other Housekeeping services, as requested
Respondto special guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
