Job description
Aligned to the over-arching Alliances & Channels Sales Operations organization, the Partner Operations Specialist will support our ISV & Technology Alliance team by ensuring opportunity best practices, data integrity and general system hygiene is enforced across our AppStore and OEM deals while validating that our CRM and other-related systems of record are accurate. In addition, the specialist will participate in projects related to enhancements and user-acceptance testing of updates made to systems and processes.
 
Responsibilities

- Support our ISV sales field team with adoption of opportunity management (from lead to closure)
- Perform sales ops review on orders to ensure the validity of transactions submitted for closure
- Liaison between our ISV sales team, orders and other extended teams to ensure transaction outcomes are properly recorded in our CRM
- Create Reports, Dashboards and assess the accuracy of data for business accuracy
- Document and catalog existing processes and exceptions
- Identify gaps and suggest improvements & potential enhancements
- Participate in User Acceptance Training (UAT) scenarios to validate for desired conclusions in enhancements to systems and processes

 
Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree
- 2-4 years of Sales Operations experience in a software sales organization
- Good understanding of data and master data management needs
- Organized, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in PPT, Word, and Excel
- Experience with a CRM system

 
Ideal candidate qualities

- Has been in a role supporting sales reps and sales territories
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to drive conflict resolution
- Must be hands-on with solid attention detail
- Ability to work in an aggressive, fast paced environment while managing multiple priorities
- Results driven mentality
- Team player with positive attitude
- Experience at a SaaS company is a plus
