Assist members with their specific health/fitness goals. Participate in one-on-one, couples, or small group personal training sessions. Sessions may include traditional exercise or other specialized exercise programming including but not limited to: running, swimming, or cycling. Programs and certifications must be approved by Fitness Manager and must follow Institute for Healthy Living and intradepartmental policies and procedures. Personal Trainers proactively seek to know, meet, and exceed our member's needs with kindness, enthusiasm, support, and excellence.
- Nationally recognized personasl trainer certification preferred.
- Experience with all ages and special populations is preferred.
- Experience in personal training is preferred.
