Responsibilities

Supports the Practice Director with the day to day operations of the physician practices. Will help with the transition of new practices and will be responsible for coordinating the work of clerical and billing support staff. Overseeing daily office operations. Works with the Practice Administrator to ensure the billing and operation functions of the practices are fulfilled.   Will coordinate the initial training of personnel on billing software.  Overseeing all ording of supploies for the practices. Will participate in the implementation and support of EMR in the practices.   Implements and integrates established corporate guidelines and policies throughout all physician practices.

Oversee the daily day to day operations of the practice.  Manage staffing, monitor progress of daily assignments of clinical, clerical  and billing staff.  Delegate where appropriate.   Processing accounts payable and monitoring practice overhead. Monitor patient financial account process.  Assures request for information is handled promptly. Team building, Problem solving.



Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years experience is preferred.

Must have the ability to manage all departmental functions and have the ability to communicate (orally and in writing) with patients, doctors and other departments.

High school diploma required. Equivalent office management experience (2+ years) will be considered.
