DCS Corporation is seeking a Program Analyst who supports planning, evaluation, review and prioritization of technical and  financial resources associated with assigned programs.

Essential Job Functions:

Supports program, planning, evaluation and financial management functions; as well as the cost analysis and other cost and contractor performance measurement functions for assigned programs. Performs extensive coordination with  Program Managers, other PEOs, DA staff, other services and industry personnel during all phases of the life cycle of assigned projects. Applies independent expert knowledge of program planning and evaluation, Army missions, goals and objectives. Independently selects methods, plans and coordinates the details, and carries work through to its conclusion with minimal guidance.  Completed work is reviewed for soundness of analysis, the suitability of methods used, and for conformance with organizational analytical procedures and practices.  Prepares, coordinates and/or reviews the preparation of portions of written plans, schedules and milestones for accomplishing goals.  Organizes, schedules and assists in administering supporting functions of appropriate meeting for discussion of issues. Prepares Department of Defense programmatic reporting requirements, acquisition documentation, milestone decision documentation, and spend plan management.

Required Skills:

Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

Associates degree and a minimum of fourteen (14) years experience supporting the management of government programs is required.

Top Secret clearance required.

Familiarity with Government budgeting, program planning and program management tools.

Experience in developing schedules, plans of actions and milestones, budgets and cost analyses.

Desired Skills:

Previous experience supporting a Government program office as a cost or schedule analyst.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
