Project Coordinator

Seeking candidate with excellent organizational skills to work in a fast-paced setting. Must have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in order to communicate effectively with a wide variety of people, including customers, vendors, service techs, co-workers, and managers. This is a challenging role that will best suit candidates who enjoy highly detailed work. Our ideal candidate will have some damage restoration or construction-industry experience, but we are completely open to training the best candidate who applies. Our ideal candidate will also be looking for their next long-term career.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Receive and enter leads and job referrals
  • Dispatch and schedule crews in the field
  • Schedule subcontractor and vendor services
  • Maintain and monitor job statuses
  • Review and validate initial field documentation
  • Follow-up with customer and insurance representatives to collect billed invoices
  • Perform excellent customer service, and handle recurring and unique tasks as necessary
  • Assist managers to find ways to improve overall efficiency
 
REQUIREMENTS:
  • 2+ years of administrative or customer-facing, office-related experience
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel and Word proficiency
  • Proven ability to quickly learn new proprietary software
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational skills and multitasking ability
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Polite and confident
  • Ability to remain calm and professional during tense or stressful situations
  • Ability to accept constructive criticism from management
  • Xactimate estimate writing software is desired, but not required
  • Restoration, commercial cleaning, or construction industry experience is helpful, but not required
 
HOURS                                                      
  • 40 hours/week, and flexible to work overtime when required
  • Monday - Friday 8-5
  • Temporary - Permanent
  • Permanent salary: $32,000 - $36,000 based on experience
