The Vendor Manager provides account management oversight of supplier relationships – driving improved transparency, accountability & return on investment (ROI). This role defines, implements, and manages processes, SLA’s/SLO’s, best practices, and metrics for HTAS vendor management.
Duties and Responsibilities:
-Supplier relationship management - provide day-to-day engagement oversight & issue management
-Ensure vendor compliance with policies, procedures, and contractual SLA’s/SLO’s
-Managed services vendor resource on-boarding/off-boarding support
-Contract renewals (Tower analysis)
-Monthly engagement * metrics steering Committee reviews
-Oversees monthly IT customer satisfaction surveys
-Ensure service delivery is optimized to meet the needs of the business
-Enable enterprise wide transparency through metrics, KPI’s and SLA’s
-Develop and maintain standard processes, documentation, and tools for vendor management
-Drive continuous improvement to maximize return on investment
-Liaison with GRI for IQN platform
-Work closely with Finance during month end close to carve out Capital/Opex
-Vendor management support (invoices, work orders, SOW management, etc)
-Deliver ad-hoc data requests (Clarity, IQN, etc)
-Develop and maintain strong relationships with HTAS ITSLT and resource managers
BS in Computer Science, business, or equivalent experience.
5-10 Years related work experience
Strong skills in the use of Microsoft desktop tools (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.).
Strong organizational skills: ability to establish priorities, multi-task, handle competing priorities and follow through on all open items/tasks
Decision making and ability to clearly articulate decisions in a team environment
Demonstrated ability to execute projects and process improvement activities.
Self-starter with ability to manage rapidly changing priorities and opportunities.
