Diagnostic Laboratory of Oklahoma - Project Specialist
Basic Purpose: Responsible for some aspects of Diagnostic Laboratory of Oklahoma JV project execution. Supports the CEO and Senior Team of DLO by providing analytical/statistical data, research, project coordination and functional duties of the JV. Works across multiple teams of the organization.
Excellence in Project Planning, Delivery, and Execution
Support the delivery of project management for the JV; assist the Senior Team with varying projects – ex. Process Improvements, Business Proposals and Strategic Initiatives.
This position will be involved in the annual Strategic planning process, as well as playing a role in the planning and forecasting functions.
This person will coordinate with the Finance, Lab Operations, Marketing, IT, Materials, Sales and Field Operations departments to meet financial and operational objectives in accordance with specified company process and policies. Supports creation and maintenance of key presentations and dashboards for ad hoc needs and for standard Intranet documentation.
Reporting, including monitoring and reporting on Strategic Plan progress and initiatives as well as other reporting as assigned.
Tracks annual invigorate savings and reports out current invigorate status each month.
Maintain management reports outlining the effectiveness of initiatives, develop conclusions and offer insights from findings
Work with management team to provide business analysis and support the development of presentations for both internal and external audiences. Ensures accurate and timely data is available for strategic decisions.
Supports the CEO in planning, execution and documentation of the DLO Board of Managers meetings
Supports the Senior Team in the planning, execution and documentation of Senior Team meetings.
Assists in the communications between the Senior Team and the DLO Board of Managers
All other duties as assigned and required to facilitate effective and efficient decision making by DLO leadership

Education Preferred: BS/BA in business, finance, economics or mathematics. Knowledge of statistical methods, market research, and/or financial analysis is a plus.
Work Experience: 1-2 years in a medical laboratory or health system business, with business and project analytics a plus.
• Experience in developing clear and concise reports and presentations
• Project management experience desired.
• Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of products, particularly Power Point, Word and Excel. MapPoint proficiency is a plus.
• Ability to prepare and persuasively present clear and concise written communications, both in report and presentation formats.
