Utilize and evaluate Property Preservation reports to monitor process of Property Preservation area to ensure compliance with established guidelines and timeline.
Review weekly property maintenance and inspection reports to minimize risk and loss
Analyze/Review property condition and complete required occupancy status inspections, adhere to personal property eviction requirements, and coordinate properties for preservation/conveyance repairs
Responsible for Conventional l or FHA portfolio approx. 150+ which will need to be monitored while in presale to conveyance for preservation
Cross train in other areas of department
Work closely with other areas of loan servicing to resolve damages, maintenance, and inspection issues
Review Investor guidelines to determine proper procedure to ensure compliance and timelines are being met
Research of unfamiliar city requirements while maintaining investor guidelines for appropriate property preservation repairs.
Assist with special projects such as quality control inquiries, special investor guideline change accommodations, and investor audits.
Document all actions taken in a clear concise summary
Respond to e-mails, internal request and external customers in a timely and accurately manne
Work with and maintain positive relations with all internal and external customers
Knowledge of Violation, Receiverships Condemnation Orders, Demolition Orders, with the ability to summarize for managementIdeal Candidate will have the following:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
- 3 years Property Preservation, REO, and or mortgage servicing experience
- Proficiency in Excel, Word and Power Point is required
