Position Summary: Performs quality control inspections, checks, and test during the
manufacture of products. Inspect materials, parts and products at different stages of production.
Records observations and make recommendations for improving processes.
Responsible for all activities involving quality inspections and compliance with
applicable regulatory requirements;
Responsible for the label printing and labeling maintenance.
Performs all aspects of testing related to manufacturing.
o Incoming inspections
o First article inspections
o In-process release inspection.
o Final QC release of finished goods.
o Document review.
Ensures that all inspections and procedures are properly completed and documented.
Perform environmental monitoring of cleanrooms and warehouses.
Education/Training: High School Diploma or equivalent with 0-2 years of experience in quality
Demonstrated ability to perform GMP operations following detailed SOPs, maintaining
training, and good documentation practices.
Minimum of 0-2 years' experience with technical documentation for quality activities.
This experience should be in the areas of the Quality manufacturing that includes quality
inspections and corrective actions in a pharmaceutical or medical device environment.
Solid organizational and planning skills required.
Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, and demonstrate good
interpersonal skills interdepartmentally and with external vendors and contractors.
Must be able to work effectively and efficiently in a team environment.
