The Quality Improvement Coordinator will facilitate and support quality improvement efforts and regulatory requirements among the Medical Staff and Hospital departments through data collection, aggregation, analysis and reporting. The Quality Improvement Coordinator will use CQI tools and techniques to monitor processes and outcomes. Analysis will be provided to the appropriate staff to assist in identifying opportunities for improvement. Acts as a resource for the medical and hospital staff regarding the continuous quality improvement (CQI) process.
PA RN License. BS in Nursing or related field preferred. 3 years clinical experience. Certification from a national association in quality improvement required as per timeline established by Director at time of offer. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to critically analyze data. Experience in facilitating process and quality improvement activities. Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite products.
