Currently seeking applicants for a Real Estate Administrative Assistant for one of our Boca Raton Clients. Applicants must have at least 3 years of Real Estate Admin experience. Applicants will be assisting several agents to preform their job efficiently. Requires strong customer service skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to prioritize and multitask. Oversee transactions, coordinate open houses, review and check all documentation for appropriate information, update MLS, and any other administrative duties as needed. This position requires experience in Real Estate, as there will be little training upon hire.
