Job duties include but are not limited to:
- Provide information to guests and direct/transfer calls as appropriate
- Answer a high volume of calls in a professional manner
- Greet walk-in guests with a customer-focused approach
- Order and maintain office supplies
- Assist with various administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, creating and formatting reports, etc.
