Job description
Ultimate Staffing is looking for a Receptionist/Office Clerk for a temp to hire opportunity in the Sacramento area. The ideal candidate will answer phones, meet and welcome all guests, review and upload documents, and direct clients and calls accordingly. Compensation for this position ranges from $15 to $17 per hour depending on experience.

Job duties include but are not limited to:
  • Provide information to guests and direct/transfer calls as appropriate
  • Answer a high volume of calls in a professional manner
  • Greet walk-in guests with a customer-focused approach
  • Order and maintain office supplies
  • Assist with various administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, creating and formatting reports, etc.
