Immediate start for a Front Desk Coordinator at Madera Non-Profit Organization!
This position answers and directs calls and takes and relays messages as appropriate. Other duties include receive, greet, and direct visitors; respond to inquiries and provide a variety of routine information to staff, partner agencies, customers, and the general public along with various administrative and clerical duties.
Excellent customer service skills along with good computer skills and experience in a receptionist or clerical role is required. Candidates should be able to speak Spanish and have good basic record keeping, and filing techniques.
The Front Desk Coordinator role is located in Madera, and is a temporary assignment with a payrate of $14 per hour.
