Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answer multi-line phone system and transfer calls appropriately
- Greet and register visitors
- Assist with preparing for meetings/presentations
- Coordinate meeting arrangements
- Filing and data entry of confidential information
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
