Job description
Our Plano, TX located client is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative with call center experience for an opportunity with a  tech company. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who likes to work independently and have a significant part in a large commercial project. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for the right candidate.

Role: Customer Service Representative (Call Center Setting)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
Pay: $16 per hour 
Employment Type: Temp-to-hire; Full-time
Location: Plano, TX

Job Responsibilities:
  • Handling inbound and outbound calls in a call center environment.
  • Assisting callers with questions & concerns regarding their devices.
  • Input help tickets for client and customers.
Qualifications
  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills (written and oral) and the ability to handle escalated calls.
  • Ability to think logically and critically in a very fast-paced environment.
  • Must possess computer skills and have ability to learn new software & use multiple systems simultaneously.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills & ability to adapt easily to ever-changing projects.
  • 1+ years of call center experience.
  • 1+ years of customer service experience.
