Receptionist:

We are seeking a positive, enthusiastic, professional candidate that is strong at organization and multi-tasking with a friendly smile for our client's front desk Receptionist. Our Receptionist is our front line, first impression and responsible for greeting clients, answering all phone calls, sorting mail, and providing refreshment to attorneys and their clients. 

Receptionist Duties and Responsibilities:
Primary daily tasks for our Receptionist includes the following:
Positive first impression to clients and guests in our front lobby.

Operate the Switchboard

Responsible for answering all incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate party.
Take Messages
When answering calls or when clients come into our law office, the Receptionist must take detailed, informative messages and give them to the appropriate person.
Schedule Appointments / Managing Conference Rooms
Our Receptionist is responsible for daily managing the scheduling of our conference rooms for lawyers and paralegals for depositions and meetings of all types.
Sort Mail and Receive Packages
All incoming mail and packages delivered to the law firm are received and checked in with our Receptionist. 
Light Office Work
At times, we may ask the Receptionist to complete many general office tasks, including copying, filing, and faxing various documents at the request of attorneys and paralegals.
Data Entry
Light data entry duties are also assigned to the Receptionist, as well as tasks such as typing out memos and letters.
Receive Office Supplies
Our Receptionist also monitors the receipt of office supplies delivered, and may be asked to inventory supplies as necessary.
Refreshments
Our Receptionist is responsible for maintaining the refreshments in the conference rooms, including making the daily coffee and tea, making sure that these beverages are available to all staff and visitors in the law office throughout the day.
Keep Entrance Lobby Area Attractive
Our Receptionist is responsible for maintaining the front lobby with fresh newspapers, magazines and keeping the entrance area of the law firm neat and appealing at all times. This may include replacing flowers, watering plants, light dusting, and other cleaning tasks.
