Job description
Immediate opportunity for a full cycle recruiter to join growing technology company! Full-cycle recruiting will include sourcing, phone interviews, presenting candidates to hiring managers and coordinating interviews. The Recruiter will be responsible for working with leadership to manage open positions and identify top talent for a variety of positions. This is a temporary contract with the potential to be extended depending on performance.  

Primary Responsibilities:
*   Drive and manage the full life-cycle recruitment process
*   Utilize Applicant Tracking System to update status on active reqs
*   Conduct phone, virtual and in person screenings and interviews, recommending qualified talent to managers
*   Mange job postings and resume flow
*   Source applicants using multiple tools, systems and networking
*   Assist on Talent Acquisition and HR special projects
*   Adhere to company standards, state and local laws and advice Managers

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
*   Bachelor's degree prefered but 4+ years of relevant experience will also be accepted
*   2+ years of high volume recruitment experience
*   Basic knowledge of HRIS systems including ATS
*   Familiarity with job boards, databases, and management systems
*   Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Suite
*   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
