The Registered Nurse in the Operating Room utilizes the nursing process to ensure delivery of quality nursing care for adolescent, adult and geriatric patients through the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Directs and guides patient teaching, activities of ancillary personnel while maintaining standards of professional nursing. Education / Experience / Certifications:
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with PA RN license
- Minimum One year of perioperative nursing experience
- BLS & ACLS certification required
Operating Room experience with scrub and circulating skills
Weekends, holidays and weekdays on call rotation
Must be a team player with good communication skills.
